      I didn't receive an order confirmation email?

      INSPIRE.REPEAT uses automation to help our customers get their orders faster. Sometimes these emails end up in spam or junk folders. Make sure you check there first before you get in touch.

      My discount code isn't working?

      • Discount codes may expire as they may be only applicable to a certain time of the year.
      • Discount codes are not applicable on sale items.
      • Only one discount code can be used against an order at any one time.
      • A discount code can't be applied to an order after that order has been placed.
      • Discount codes are not transferable and will not be exchanged for cash.
      • We reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time.

      My Order Never Arrived?

      INSPIRE.REPEAT does everything we can to ensure a swift delivery of your socks. You will receive notification when the socks have been dispatched. International shipping can take longer than local. Covid-19 has impacted delivery times for some mail services. We appreciate your patience!

      Our customers are our business - If we have made a mistake please contact us as soon as possible. Click the "Contact Us" at the bottom of this page. We will do our best to amend any error.

      I want to return an item

      INSPIRE.REPEAT is proud of the quality and effort put into making your socks last a long time. We want our community to be 100% happy and proud to wear our product.

      In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return your socks within 90 days of dispatch.

      For hygiene reasons we will have to dispose of any returned socks that have been worn, so please take that into consideration.

      Orders placed and delivered within the European Union are not subject to import taxes or Custom Duties. VAT will be included.
